Three days in the office/two days home based
This is a great opportunity for an experienced people manager to supervise a team of finance staff within this market leading business based in central Swindon. The role requires control and management of the day to day workload of your team, training and supporting all staff members and working closely with internal departments to ensure deadlines and projects are controlled. You will oversee and work on P&L reporting and balance sheets, high level reconciliations and investigating and resolving queries. Attending monthly management meetings, managing recruitment and attending meetings with clients are all included in your job description so this role requires a confident communicator.
